Chocolate milk good for workout???


Chocolate milk is great for not only kids but also adults mostly for trained athleets. I know i know you might be thinking what? how is it good for athleets? Well i will be explaining in this blog why chocolate milk is really great for athleets especially bodybuilders. First thing is that Research shows that chocolate milk is loaded with carbohydrates and protein, it helps refuel muscles, reduces muscle breakdown and rehydrates the body. Studies at Indiana University and other univerisy's show that drinking low-fat chocolate milk after exercise is just as effective in helping muscles recover as a high-carbohydrate sports drink. It is also about 25 cents for an eight-ounce serving so if you think of it, its a great deal. If you can not pay arround 20-50 dollars for whey protein you could just get this it is way cheaper for you. It is also good since it has natural sugar so it lets the sugar go in your blood and give you a great rush of blood going threw your whole body, which also gives you a lot of energy so you can finish those last reps at the gym. It can be taken as much as you want to take so unlike protein or other supplements you dont need to be scared if you drank to much or not enought. It can be used for a pre workout supplment or after workout what ever suits you the most. Hope this blog gave you guys a better image of chocolate milk.
