I am going to be explaining to you guys the use of whey protein and the advantages of the supplement. Whey protein is a mixture of globular proteins isolated from whey, it is a liquide created by the bi - product of chese. Whey is one of the best supplements out there that is really safe and helps you either loose weight and get toned or gain weight and bulk up. It does not matter if you are a beginer bodybuilder, intermidiate, advanced this protein should be used at all times if you want to see quicker results, and reconstruct your muscles faster so you would not be as sore after your workouts. As for if you do not take any protein supplments and you only workout you will grow, gain mass muscle but it will take more time than the persone who is taking protein. And lets face it you are not going to eat steak, chicken and other protein products each and everyday and have big portions of them. You will get sick of it, and you will waste a bunch of money on meat, poultry etc. That is why they made whey protein so you can drink a shake and have all the proteins you need in your body in minutes and it will help you replace meals. Plus it saves you money, and time, so for best recovery after workouts, and for fasters results, and 100% safe i would say whey protein is the key to success in bodybuilding.

Hassan I like your subject and your system but I have lots of question about working out.
ReplyDeleteEvery time we work out do we need to take Why protein? Ana I heard the if we take cretin we will get bigger but if we stopped working out we will go back to our original body.
You do not need to take whey, but you have to take protein, carbs that you can get from meats like chicken, steak. So that your muscle feeds of it, and rebuilds your muscle so that it can grow quicker and not hurt as much. As for the creatine goes i have not personally tried this product but yes ive heard if you stop taking it you can get bloated or return a bit to your normal size.
