Welcome to body building 101

Hello and welcome to body building 101 on this website i would be providing you guys with useful bodybuilding tips on how to get started - for the beginners, also what is the right workout for you, srcrets of nutrition meaning what is good and what is not good to eat while bodybuilding, also i will be posting peoples body transformations for motivational purpose. I will also provide a list of websites that could help you guys with your body transformation journey, such as bodybuilding.com , musculardevelopment.com and more. These sites will also help and teach you things about working out, you will also be able to read peoples accomplishments, you will know what supplements you should take, and much more. Hey, i hear alot of people saying that they try to get cut just by hitting up the gym but they say that you dont really see the resaults you want, i mean i know you can loose weight by working out, but to get big and cut you need to be on something, well atleast thats my opinion, but ill be more then happy to try it out, and hopefully i get good results my friend.
